Berkshire Hathaway Inc. filed today with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission a registration statement on Form S-3 for the benefit of holders of Negative 0.75% SQUARZ, Stripped SQUARZ, 3.0% Senior Notes due 2007, and common stock issuable upon exercise of the warrant component of the SQUARZ and Stripped SQUARZ.
